In the Sierra Nevada Mountains near Bishop, CA is Pine Creek trail. The trail is steep so it gets you up in the high country real quick. It takes you up to some really amazing high mountain vistas, alpine lakes, and waterfalls. On this hike I made it up to Pine Lake. a beautiful high country lake. But before you get to the lake you'll get to see Pine Creek falls as it tumbles 4 miles down the canyon!
