A fantastic dinner was held with friends and family members. Barbara and Tom hosted a costume party to commemorate the Fred Harvey Company, owners of the restaurant chain the "Harvey House". The chain of restaurants, hotels, other hospitality business were located alongside railroads in the western United States, primarily the Sante Fe Railroad. Barbara and other guests prepared some great dishes using original recipes developed by chefs of the Fred Harvey Company. Learn more about Fred Harvey in Wikipedia.
